Part of the reason I resorted to fad diets and quick fix nutrition programs in the past was because I just didn’t know how to eat! I had no knowledge about nutrition, portions, and what food does for my body.  The only thing I cared about was the end result: weight loss.  Had I been equipped with tools and resources to educate me on healthy eating, I wouldn’t have continued to yo-yo diet.
