    Focus & Scope:

    Therapy: In therapy, we address diagnosable mental health conditions using evidence-based approaches. This includes helping you understand your diagnosis, exploring its impact on your life, and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to your unique needs.

    Coaching: Coaching emphasizes specific goals and actionable steps. We’ll define your desired outcomes, identify potential roadblocks, and create a framework to navigate challenges and achieve your goals within a defined timeframe.

    Qualifications & Regulations:

    Therapy: As a licensed therapist, I am trained and qualified to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, including OCD and anxiety. I adhere to strict ethical guidelines and professional regulations in providing mental health care.

    Coaching: While I have expertise in OCD and anxiety, as a coach, I cannot diagnose or treat these conditions. My coaching support complements established treatment plans you may have with a therapist or healthcare professional.

    Transitioning between Services:

    If your needs evolve during our work together, we can discuss if transitioning to therapy with me (if I provide both services) or seeking additional support from a therapist would be beneficial.

    My primary concern is your well-being. If at any point I believe you would benefit more from therapy, I will openly discuss this with you and refer you to appropriate resources.

  • Just like we don't wait until we're seriously ill to see a doctor, I believe we should approach our mental and emotional well-being with the same proactive mindset. There's no such thing as 'bad enough' when it comes to seeking support. If you're even just considering the idea of external assistance, trust that there's a valid reason for it.

    In the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, we often don't have the space to intentionally reflect on our lives, explore new perspectives, or navigate through challenging moments.
